We ship to the continental United States via Federal Express and to Canada via Poste. When available, we will send you a tracking number for your order when it is shipped. Orders are shipped within 3-9 business days from time of order on in stock items. If you want rush shipping, please specify during checkout. There is an additional charge for rush shipping. We do not currently ship out of the United States or Canada.
Your credit card is billed at the time that we ship your order. Out-of-stock items are not billed to your credit card until we get the item in stock and deliver it to shipping.
Money Back Guarantee
birdJam offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all merchandise returned in
resalable condition in original box. Resalable condition is defined as
merchandise that has not been opened.
If your order included an iPod, this
means that the iPod has not been taken out of its box nor the seal broken,
and all box contents remain unopened and in original packaging and
condition. If the iPod has been opened, there will be a $50 restocking fee
for the return. We charge a 15% restocking fee on most other returns.
All returns originally billed to a credit card will be charged back to the original credit card used. Check and money order returns will receive a check from birdJam in the mail.
