I purchased and downloaded the software from birdJam on a Friday afternoon and ran into a problem installing it. I emailed support at birdJam but was resigned to waiting until the following Monday. However, I received a personal email response within hours advising me to reinstall iTunes, which fixed the problem. When I made an error in the next stage of processing the Stokes CDs, I sent another email and again received a timely reply, with the result that I had everything running long before the end of the weekend. I have not seen that kind of customer support in a long time.
