The birdJam Maker serial numbers are very specific and must be entered exactly as shown. Here are some suggestions if you are having a problem:
- Verify that you are entering the correct serial number.
- Verify that you are entering it exactly as shown including capitalization and spacing.
- Verify that there are no extra spaces before or after the serial number. In particular, problems often occur when there is a <Return> after the serial number. To see if you have an extra <Return>, move to the end of the serial number, then press <down arrow> or <right arrow>. If you have an extra <Return> then you should move to the next (blank) line. Press <delete> to remove the <Return>.
