Song: The male's song consists of several faint bubbling sounds followed by a long squeak, bublo-seeleeee, given as the male topples forward.
Call: Females give a rapid series of liquid chattering sounds, often when the male sings. Upon taking flight, males commonly give a squeaky three-note whistle: pseee-see-see.
